"The hotel was beautiful, modern, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive and they provided many lovely touches e.g. a warm drink in the evening, afternoon tea, and a leaving gift. The breakfast was fantastic. It was easy to find in the old town. The only constructive criticism we can give is that knowledge of the surrounding tourist attractions/how to get there etc could be better, but it may have just been a language barrier. We also didn't like to see the fish in the little pool but again this may be a cultural difference. Would definitely recommend staying here, it was miles better than another hotel we stayed in with similar star reviews."

When my friend realized she had forgotten her passport on the airplane, it was such a relief to have his assistance in getting it back. It truly showed his kindness.
